Water Management Project Lead
Dr. Kristie S. McLin is the Water Management Project Lead for ConocoPhillips' Permian Unconventional asset. She is responsible for aligning and integrating all aspects of water management into a holistic strategy, including sourcing, transfer, storage, disposal, and reuse.
Prior to joining ConocoPhillips in 2012, Dr. McLin researched production and injection scale, impacts of scale mitigation strategies, and chemical and thermal stability of proppants in geothermal systems at the Energy and Geoscience Institute at the University of Utah. She also was a consultant for the petroleum and geothermal industries addressing the impact of water-rock interactions on production and injection processes.
